POOR SERVICE

I’m really annoyed with the level of service that one gets at Truworths WESTGATE!!! When it only takes 10 minutes in other stores to collect a package, it will take you no less than 30 minutes at this store. It doesn’t matter whether the queue is long or not, YOU WILL WAIT!!! The room where they keep packages is a mess. The people working there are very nice but their processes are SLOW! I sent my husband to fetch our baby’s clothes and they told him he needs to write a letter to collect the package, even when I sent him the email with all the order details. It’s mentally exhausting to go to this store.
