Poor Service

On Thursday 03. Jan.2020 I went to Truworths Green Acres to buy a Clinique powder and I was told the consultant is not available she is on lunch. I left without being assisted, the next day Friday 03.01.2020 I went back. I got the Clinique powder and I wanted an item from Eeste Lauder and I was told the consultant was on lunch. When I called the manager (Lonwabo Bethela)to convey my dissatifaction on the fact that i have made two trips to Truworths for me still not to get what i need. He arogantlty told me that what do i suggest him to do?? because the consultant is on lunch. There was no additional help, no customer service from this gentleman. Until I told him that I cannot accept such a service ass if i'm at a ****za shop and I will do something about it. Something needs to happen in this branch, there is no customer service at all.
