poor service

Got the worse service at Truworths Elements at Clearwater mall...The stuff were not very friendly as if one was there to buy on credit or anything. Instead the lady who was willing to assist was i think she is a temp she was wearing casuall clothes unlike the ones with white coats.The horrible service i got was on the 24th of December.

I even asked for a tester on Estee Lauder the lady who they said was in charged was never willing to assist and they even told me they do not have any sample they no longer give them out whereas they did gave us before..they just assumed what colour i should use without testing anything.

The ladies there they like they degrading people they just look at you and never say anything.

Only the coloured Lady was helpful rather say she is always...Sorry i do not know her name.

POOR SERVICE I WILL NEVER BUY ANY COSMETICS THERE GOING FORWARD.
