Poor Service

I'm at Trueworth's at Menlyn Mall, the service is appalling. The queue is long to the entrance door with one till site open. It took numerous complaints for Emily the manager to even open the till points by the kids section. The rudeness and defense mechanism in her just made it worse. Was there for over 20min not once did anyone come from other till points to take some people to be assisted on other till points. Get managers who are proactive not reactive.
