Poor Service

Good day

I received a call last week on the 21/5/2021 and she changed my payment date to today. Not sure if she is planning to pay on my behalf or if she was trying to reach her target by moving my date as this will have a negative impact on my account. Please can you fix it.

PS: please teach your staff to be a more professional as they speak with attitude.
