Poor service

at truworths Cosmo mall I came here at 15h30 queued and that when I arrived at a cashier it was16h00, just to collect an order I placed on line. Another 30 minutes waiting for the order to be found at the stock room. I am not happy at all with this waiting everytime a person have to come at truworths, they have 4 tills but only you would find two tills working of which it is right, there is no customer care there because we have to wait 30mimute before we can be assisted and no communication from the manager or staff as to why there are two people working on a till and the queue is long.
