Poor service
<p>My mum was held up about a month ago, everything was ******. She has her temp Identity and wanted to purchase some items for a family member who is leaving for the states. But she was refused! Other retail stores didn't have a.problem with her purchasing with the temp Identity. My mum was embarrassed and frustrated.
