Poor service

I attempted to make a purchase for a cellphone at the Southgate Mall Truworths store, however I was told that my ID document was not of good quality. I had my proof of residence and my card, all the necessary requirements to make a purchase however was informed that as a result of my ID document that this cannot be done, although I have made purchases with the very same ID document before and have been a loyal customer for years now and have always been supporting the brand for quite some time now. Furthermore, I went through the verification process with an individual from the head office and still upon confirming my details accurately was still declined to make the intended purchase. It is quite disappointing as I have been a committed member for so long and whilst going through this incident felt that I do not want to support the brand forthgoing as I have never been brought through such humiliation in my life, I just want to add that I really most likely feel that Truworths has lost a valuable client as their records of my history with the store would indicate this.
