Poor service
Poor service from Truworths Denlyn Mall in Mamelodi West. I went there to return an item without a slip and a cashier told they can't exchange it without a slip, i then asked why is it that they are the only shop doing so? the cashier then asked his superior to assist further, he was so rude, he told the cashier in front of me that what else is he supposed to explain that he had already explained to me.
He should have taken my complaint and dealt with it best he can, he was arrogant and to me rude, I don't know if this is the way customers should be treated in our local shops.
I am going to pay off my account that I recently just opened and close it because of the attitude that I got from that guy. This happened on Tuesday the 25/06/2019 in the morning.
Why can't I return goods that were purchased without a slip but there is a tag on it showing that it was bought in your store?
