Poor service!

I have an account with truworths, their online service has been great until recently. I ordered a jacket online and later was told that it was not available, which i complained to truworths, and they said they will order it via fashion delivery. I spoke to Marciano on the day and he did confirm that they will order it via fashion delivery at no extra charge to me. When the jacket was finally delivered i noticed on the invoice i was charged R539.10 instead of R 440.00, as agreed that i was not going to get charged extra. I contacted them last week Tuesday, i spoke to the lady Veronica, and she said she will get Marciano to contact me, to this day i have not heard anything from any of them. These people have my email address, cellphone number, etc. and i haven't heard from them.
