POOR SERVICE

I did buy a dress by Truworths for R650 on the 30th November 2019 but the quality of the material was not good my dress is damage infront and i only wore it once. It is like you buy ready made food from Woolworths but the quality is of Shoprite. Truworths is over pricing clients with cheap material they use. They do not have customer service. If you want to keep the client to buy in your store make effort but nobody go the extra mile to get hold of the client and store only called once at 7 o'clock lastnight which i missed the call they could have made more effort by dialing again. I lost my slip and they could not do a re-print now i am restricted to only purchase from them where i provided a bank statement as proof of puchased. I spoke to Phumla yesterday a call centre agent who was unable to assist me. Why should i waste my money on over price cheap clothes, I would rather pay for quality than quantity.
