poor service
I bought a dress @truworth mall of the south, when i got home in Secunda I changed my mind and send the dress back to Truworth in secunda mall for a refund it was monday morning and the cashier told me to come back later because she didnt have any cash by her because it was too early. I undrestood her reasons and went back home. Wednesday I send my young sister to take it back to the shop because I had to go back to work. She called me while she was still at the shop and told me the cashier wanted my debit card so that they can reverse the money back to my account. This was impossible for me because i was in joburg and i couldnt live my bank card anyone. They even refused to speak to me so I can explain to them why I could come. This is unfair for me because my family needs that money. It doesn't even state on the back of their that you cant ask for refund if u used a debit card. I have never even heard of money being reversed to your bank account after purchasing goods.

As per our Returns Policy, refunds must be done in the same method of tender. This being said in the instance where the purchase is made via debit card, cash will be refunded to the customer.
We therefore escalated your concerns to the manager of the store in question. We were informed that she is unaware of your query and has subsequently contacted you to apologize for your experience. She has further arranged for you to return to store with the garment and proof of purchase for the refund.
