Poor Service

I placed an order online on the 24.12.2019 and received an sms on the 31.12.2019 that my parcel has been dispatched to Truworths Jabulani Mall and it will be delivered between 9-5 when i went to the store on the 05.01.2020 a lady called Lebogang emlployee number *** was assisting me with some other lady maybe a supervisor and they told me if i dont have a confirmation sms saying i must collect my parcel then its not in their store lebo didnt even bother to check in their stock room using the parcel number when i wanted to show them the sms they said i must read it on monday the 06.01.2020 i received a call from Isaac from the very same store asking me when am i collecting my parcel advised the 10.10.2020 to my surprise my parcel was delivered on the 31.12.2020 but Lebo who seems to know everything about online purchase and the deliveries said it was not there this is totally unacceptable for a client to be trated like that Lebo really needs proper training on how to treat customers fairly and try by all means to assist .
