Poor Service

Good day

I would just like to express my disappointment in the service that I received from Truworths online / delivery. I received an SMS on Friday 03/11/2023 that my delivery is on his way to the store. Today is the 07/11/ 2023 and I am still waiting for my delivery.

I called the online store and was advised that the goods are still in-transit. I tried calling Truworths Rosebank on Friday and yesterday and no one answers. I don't know why no one is answering because the store is always empty and there always just 1 teller assisting the client. Can someone please help me.
