Poor Service

Since yesterday I’ve been requesting a detailed statement of my account, they need it for my insurance nobody seems to help me. At the head office, I have call records from the 18/19 of June 2025. Truworths offers poor services imagine waiting for a piece of paper for 24/48 hours
