Poor Quality Service

I purchased LTD kids sneakers, after the 3 times of wearing within a 6month period the upper PU started peeling. Not great quality considering the price. I returned the pair and was told that the claim was rejected. This retailer expect you to pay R460 for sneaker that fail within months of wearing! I then emailed the customer services who advised that they cannot override head office decision. I am not collecting the shoes and will report to CPA as well.
