Poor quality of service and products

This is not the first time this is happening. First of all does not matter how much your order cost, R1000 or R5000 Truwoths does not give you free delivery at all. Which is stupid and means they are milking customers. However, I have placed an order about more than a week ago to collect and up to now my order is not ready. Now I have to wait and I need the items asap because I got a very demanding jib and can't get to stores anytime they feel I should be available. My last order got cancelled due to me not being able to collect as they also took their own sweet time. They are just an inconvenience. Also always their earth child and obr sneakers does not even last a month or even 2 weeks before it need to be returned due to bad quality. What a waste of time and money to go in and out to their store. Very bad customer service. They don't even reply via email.
