Poor quality of products
My husband bought me a bad girl watch for Christmas and you wont believe it but the silver coating on the \bracelet\" part of the watch started coming of within the first 3 weeks!!! This is ridiculous and they tell you in store that everything is guaranteed except the bracelet.... I cannot accept this!!! this is poor quality!!! seriously! I wont buy any jewellery from you again, and this is not even costume jewellery this is supposed to be a brand name watch!!! what a disappointment!!!"
