Poor quality of clothes

I recently purchased a pair of jeggings from Truworths to the value of R440, after 3 months of using the jeans once a week on a friday only and hand washing my clothes, the material is fading between my legs and the material is starting to tear.

I notice this yesterday on my way to an evening dinner and i stopped by at the Glen, Naledi was the manager on duty, she was most unhelpful. she didnt even bother to look at the problem and did nothing to assist me. i asked her to replace it as she could see when the item was purchased she refused to look and insisted that i purchase another jean and bring the worn one back to be sent for testing.

to pay R440 for a pair of jeans thar lasts for a few month, its ridiculous, and the fact that i have had my account with Truworths since 1997 and i have been a good payer and now to be told that the inferior quality is due to the way i wash my clothes as thats what Nadeli told me. i am at the point where i will be closing my acount, the quality of truworths clothes is terrible.
