Poor quality goods and treatment

Truworths Southgate is the worst am closing the account am tired of being treated like I owe them I never complained about their poor quality goods with high price, I bought my girlfriend a watch 14 Feb as a birthday gift the watch was changing color I returned it before lockdown they took it for repair even Today 18 November my problem was never fixed
