Poor quality cloths

Can Truworths makes me understand as to how long they can guarantee the quality on their items? Cause I dont understand the 6 months quality garauntee at all, are you saying your items are only good enough for 6 months??? Beyond that you cant promise quality on your items/fabric?? Is that what you selling to us with those high prices??

I cant buy an item and 6-8months later when it has bubbles and then you tell me i came late to complain.

And on googling to check exactly what cause this Fabric type matters: Synthetic fabrics like polyester are more prone to pilling than natural fibers like cotton, as they are often made with shorter, weaker fibers. Choose quality fabrics: Opt for tracksuits with higher quality synthetic fibers that are less prone to pilling.

So why did I pay such high prices for poor quality?? If i knew this the type of quality you sell, i could have bought next door where I can expect such quality and at that price I would have gotten x2 items. Can you quality dept & pricing team make me understand whats happening here and how do you get to that price for such quality
