Poor quality clothing

Truworths is now really losing it with quality clothing and yet they are so expensive. I bought a coat for R1300.00 on the 25th of june and I've worn the coat 2 times but already the buttons are falling off and I must fix it. Today I decided to wear the coat again now I see the neck of the coat is tearing. I'm really so disappointed and I've been a loyal customer to them but now I cannot wait to pay them off and close my account for good.
