Poor quality clothing!

I bought a skirt from Truworths in Bellville on the 26th of October 2024. When I fitted the skirt at home the elastic kept on rolling it became so uncomfortable.

Today 2nd November I returned the skirt to the bellville store today and I was told by the lady in the store that I cannot be assisted because there is no price tag, even though I had provided the slip for the purchased skirt. I told the lady that I had removed the price tag as the skirt was already uncomfortable and the tag was making it even more uncomfortable when wearing it.

The lady said to me that the regional manager by the name Donavan whom she said she doesn’t know his surname he told her that I cannot be refunded even though I have provided the slip. The elastic on the skirt was poor quality it kept on rolling when I was fitting it on! So what I must do with a skirt that keeps on rolling???

I have bought the same skirt at Mr Price and the quality is amazing! I don’t know what I am going to do with this skirt as I want my money. I cannot buy such an an expensive skirt only to get poor quality in return!
