POOR QUALITY CLOTHES - NAATJIE

Hi,

I bought 3 Naartjie joggers and 2 sweaters at Truworths Centurion mall on Sunday 05 June 2022. My child wore the clothes once and they are already developing fluff. I took the clothes back to Truworths at Centurion mall today (09 June) and presented a slip. The manager said they cannot take the clothes unless the fluff was all over the clothes.

I paid a lot of money to get poor quality clothes and they refused to take them back. I will never buy at Truworths ever again
