Poor Quality Chinos
R600 for Chinos which fade after 5 washes!! Not just 1 of them, ALL of them! Poor quality products which are made to seem like quality by their crazy prices. Not worth the hassles

Truworths aims to provide high-quality fashionable merchandise that meets and exceeds the high standards that we set. Our Returns Policy, therefore, allows a return or an exchange on merchandise that presents with a potential quality issue provided that the return is made within six months from the purchase date and all returns criteria are met.
Our process is for the Store Manager to assess the garment and if he/she is unable to make a technical decision, the garment is sent to our Head Office for a further Quality Assurance assessment.
We have subsequently liaised with you via email. On the other hand, our Returns Policy is visible on the reverse side of our invoices and at our till point and website at www.truworths.co.za.
