Poor quality and unreasonable policies.

So I bought a maternity dress for work as I need specific colours. 2 weeks later the dress has some small holes on it and the colour has faded. I take it back to the store and so they said they cannot refund me as I don’t have a receipt. They asked me to choose something else, I tried explaining that I need specific colours and they had fewer options and there were no sizes. The lady insisted that I take anything, I said to her I’m pregnant and can’t just take anything else. Why couldn’t they take a bank statement as proof? In the end I just took a dress I didn’t like cause I couldn’t just let my R525.00 go to waste. Their poor quality clothes and return policies are really lame.
