POOR QUALITY
I am totally disappointed in Truworths. They make poor quality shoes. I bought a pair of shoes on my recent purchase, I only wore the shoes once but they are already damaged and this is not the first time, this happened again last year I got a pair of boots that i only wore for a two weeks and the sole broke,how i do not know and I just ignored it but I do not think I will ever again buy shoes from you guys!!!!

At Truworths, providing quality merchandise of international standards is of fundamental importance to us and we were therefore concerned to read about the quality of the shoes you purchased.
Whilst we take every necessary step to ensure that merchandise meet our high quality standards, we realize that some quality inconsistencies may occasionally occur and therefore we have devised our Returns Policy. This allows our customers to return defective merchandise with six months from the date of purchase, provided that valid proof of purchase is presented.
We confirm that we have been in contact with you and you have agreed to return the shoes to your closest Truworths store for the store manager to assist you in this regard.
We trust that we were able to clarify your concerns in this regard, however should you have any further enquires please do not hesitate to contact us on *** or via email on ***.
