Poor product sold to me

It's more than 3 months now since I lodged a complaint with Truworths regarding a Gucci cologne bought and returned to them as it wasn't meeting my expectations considering the price paid, they have no interest whatsoever to resolve it as long as they deduct their R405 per month from my account, this account was opened 29 years ago and it's with heavy heart that I will have to close it.
