Poor poor service

My recently had a bahy boy. I recived Earth child clothing as a gift for him amounting to about R1500. It was all bigger sizes which wouldn't fit a new born. I attempted to get a refund for it at truworths Bluff mall however I was told that they do not have enough cash in the draw and was told to go to another store. I then went to truworths at galleria mall, they told me they cannot refund or exchange as they do not stock the brand. Finally I went to truworths at Chatsworth center, no luck there either because 30 days was up. I'm now stuck with clothing that doesn't fit my son
