Poor, poor, poor service

Made a payment arrangement with them, and was told that it would not reflect as a missed payment, on my credit report, I adhered to the payment arrangement, which was literally a month, not even months, however it reflected negatively on my credit report as a missed payment and affected my credit score as a result, poor, poor, services, I do have emails to back it up, so disappointing...
