Poor people skills

I visited a Truworths store at Thabanchu and my wallet was ****** by their employees. When I enquired about it I was given zero attention, I was told that their store has no cameras and the area manager was so rude and told me to go open a case against them if I wanted to. I was treated like a crazy person without any sympathy. I am heart broken and never thought I would get such poor services from one of South Africa's leading stores.
