Pathetic online service & business system - They deliver a mispackaged item and advice me to go to the nearest store to get assistance on refund or swap. Online shopping is for convenient shopping - not sure if they got the memo: Now I have to go into a store to get help. LEARNED MY LESSON, NO MORE ONLINE SHOPPING ON TRUWORTHS. Great products - POOR service.
