Poor online shopping experience

Shopped online for the first time with Truworths, realized i selected an incorrect size for one of the items and tried to edit this , there is not option to edit or delete anything , sent an email on Monday and no response , is there no other way to change this before delivery comes through because i do not want to be told i cannot change the size since this is underwear i selected!
