Poor Online Service

Hi There, I placed this order on the 24th of August and I have not yet received it. This is the 2nd time I place an online order and pay to have the items delivered to my home address only for the service with the courier company being terrible. I placed this order for items I require before my trip and I have not yet received this order. When will this order be delivered?

I would like a concrete date and time and I would like it to be delivered tomorrow actually as that would be the 8th working day.
