Poor online service collection!!

Im very disappointed with online collection the staff requested a letter of confirmation why was i not called to confirm if i send out someone’s delivery collection?why is it a problem while i provided all the details from online order including my Id copy as well…the service is very poor!!!Truworths Letlhabile🚮🚮🚮are you telling me I can’t buy things online no matter the province i will be and choose any alternative delivery place of location?whats the meaning of Online????do i need to explain why I couldn’t go to the store my self and get item,send it to the recipient’s????This is unacceptable!!!!!
