Poor online service and accounts managment

Truworths offers a poor online service. In my experience once my order was placed, I did not receive any updates informing me that my order was delivered to the store selected. This resulted in my orders getting delivered and being returned or put out on the store floor for resale. But my pet hate is receiving a message reminding me to pay a small amount under R100 when I have never been in arrears. Focus on the hundred of bad debt customers that you have instead.
