Poor online service

I have not been a customer with Truworths for long, I have an account with TFG and I ordered winter clothes from BOTH stores 30/04/2020 and 01/05/2020. Although Truworths deducted the money, I have not received my purchase - no feedback except an email confirming my order. TFG however - they only deduct when the goods were shipped (Monday 11/05/2020) and today I received my TFG purchase. I then tried phoning Truworths and I was tortured with the most horrible music for 20 min and then gave up. I doubt very much that I will receive my purchase if I read the comments posted from other dissatisfied customers. My advice to Truworths is the following: Edcon group is sinking faster than the Titanic because of poor customer service, if you do not look after your clients, that will happen to you as well!
