Poor online experience and customer service

Placed an order on the 1/08/2024 estimated delivery date of 12/08/2024; till date, no update from Truworths regarding my order. I called customer service today, and they told me they don't know when my order will be delivered. I should wait for the courier to contact me. This is very unprofessional.
