POOR MATERIAL QUALITY

I bought a OBR denim skirt now the fabric is already damaged, the stretch material has bubbles in front because it has lost its elasticity and I don’t wear this skirt now and again.I contacted Truworths on Facebook and they say it’s been more than 6 months and they can’t accept it. I am very frustrated as their clothes are very expensive to be of such poor quality, I only decided to write them when I heard a lady say Ackermans accepted her kids clothes that were already worn-out & thought Truworths would do better however I was only slapped in the face. Everything is still intact, label at the back, thread is not unraveling, the color is still good, however this material is already worn out. I am extremely unhappy with this product as I have shopped from Truworths since I started working and have other denim skirts as old as 8 years that I can still wear in public and still look good.I am very disappointed with this one and think I deserve better from them. This is the only account I still have since I closed other stores account and it saddens me to think of closing it since they no longer sell quality and clearly don’t value their customers.Very disappointed, store name should be changed from TRUWORTHS to FALSWORTHS!!!!!!!!!!! ZERO QUALITY !!!!!
