Poor HQ Customer Service

To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. I have never in my 12 + years of supporting Truworths been so dissatisfied and displeased.

Opened an account online, approved. Went to the store the activate MY APPROVED ACCOUNT, suddenly it is DECLINED. Poor Truworths Staff member trying everything in her power to assist with this OBVIOUS mix-up, but the person from Truworths HQ did not even WANT TO HELP. Just kept replying that I would have to re-apply again in 60 days.

Wow, re-apply? I THINK I would have to THINK ABOUT THAT. As a person who have worked my fair share of retail, I would NEVER treat a customer with such disrespect, and would rather try to resolve the matter.
