Poor delivery service

Worst online experience. No feedback from Truworths to date - Placed an order on the 25th of January and the second one on the 31st - called repeatedly to find out where the order is, as I have only received 1 out of 3 items; they said they will relay the message to the courier and get back to me - which never happened (2 days ago I called them and they inform me the courier guy arrived, hooted and there was no one, I then advised them to tell the driver to call me rather than hoot and just leave; the guy that delivered the first parcel called - what's difficult about this?.

I call them today only to find out that the delivery guy did the same thing yesterday - even though I urged them to advice the driver to rather call than hoot - where's the common sense in delivering a parcel only to hoot and leave without calling??

Shop online elsewhere. It’s just not worth the hassle.
