POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!!

In March/February this year I sent communication to ALL my creditors updating my banking details, Truwoths included in this. I even went as far as going onto their online platform to communicate this! A month later I learn that Truworths hadn't effected the changes and that my debit order was unpaid for the month of March, I spoke to a customer caree agent who acknowledged that it was Truworths' fault as I had communicated and they didn't effect the changes from their side and would fix this. However this was not fixed! Instead I was now paying Truworths via EFT or POS, in May or June I again spoke to a Truworths customer care agent and requested that my payment method be changed to debit order and I explained my past troubles with trying to do this and I was promised that this would not happen again. Fast forward to July I again get a call informing me that my account was unpaid even when I had sufficient funds in my bank account for the debit order to go through, I figure it must be the same trouble they've been having so I immediately pay the account via EFT and all is well! On the 8th of September 2016 I am sitting at a bank applying for home finance and I am told my application is declined, I immediately pull out my credit report and find that not only am I still marked as not having paid my account in March but I am also marked for July. So naturally I call customer care, and I am on hold for the next availble agent, after fifteen minutes of holding, I am speaking to Anele, who then also puts me on hold for about fifteen minutes while he tries to go 'seek help', eventually the line goes dead. I call again luckily this time I go through to an agent within two minutes of the call, not wanting to have to start over and explain myself to another agent I request to speak to Anele again and the gentleman puts me through to him, and again I am on hold for another fifteen minutes or so and I realise that Anele is not going to be answering my call and I eventually hang up then call again! This time I am speaking to Dean and I ask to speak to his supervisor and he tells me his supervisor is off, and I ask to speak to the manager and he puts me on hold and goes looking for the manager only to come out empty handed and telling me that the manager is in a meeting and that he will take my information and have the manager call me back (that was at 09:22AM, as I type this it is 09:53AM), I then request that he puts me through to the Business Unit Manager maybe he can give me some help and he tells me he doesn't sit on the same floor as him and can't put me through to him, he even goes out of his way to TELL ME that I should not be looking into how the call centre works but I should be prioritizing my problem. So to summarize the above:

1. I send communication to Truworths regarding change of banking details and they are not effected and then my credit record gets a dent, then after requesting it and a promise from them to sort it out they still don't!

2. History repeats itslef in July and I still pay them in July and I am the one left with a dented credit record again!

3. Despite numerous communication attempts from my side via the Truworths online platform and emails I am still not attended to and my credit report remains as is.

4. Contacting the call centre is equally useless as no one can help you and I had to hold for more than forty five minutes to get absolutely nothing!

Its moments like these that make me truly regret having a Truworths account as it is proving to be more trouble than its worth. They make a mistake and I have to be the one that bears the brunt. From failed communication to having to use my phone to call them - which by the way is not free-. I cannot wait to pay them off and close my account, clearly six years worth of loyalty is worthless to them!!!

in summary I am getting a pretty messy deal out of this, Truworths keeps making mistakes and I am the
