Poor Customer Service, insulted and embarrassed

Yesterday I went at Truworths lakeside Mall Benoni, I asked for Tester Scandal woman perfume, also wanted make up, the consultant gave it to she said she'll be back as she had other customers, I sprayed the perfume put it down, as I was looking at makeup, then came a white lady called mama Ell, she said dont shower with the perfume, then said to the consultant why is the perfume here and not controlled, I always tell you about my perfumes and give them left right and centre, I then asked go you address her in front of customers, she then said no you mis using perfume and you are rude if I like I will chase you and you'll not be allows in my department again, she was shouting at me u asked is this necessary? She said let me call the manager *Trudy * when the manager came Trudy she asked what happened, and I explai to her, during that argument mama Ell said I'm not professional, what do you mean by that I'm a customer how am I supposed to be professional? She said I'm not a customer because it's not my first time in the store!!!! I asked am I being addressed like this because I work in retail to, she said I should know that, the manager was there and in all this I never got any apology or some sort, the way thisma Ell was rude even her staff kept on stopping her saying she's out of line, I'm very disappointed with such poor service I got, that woman is ******, she doesn't have management & people s****s, she is very rude and unprofessional. I spend alot in your store go through my records I buy expensive fragrances and make up there for such poor service , I want to close my account because of that woman, I want corrective action taken against her and I will follow up on this. And please take her to training and development on customer service, and how to treat her staff....
