Poor customer service from Truworths

I have been inundated with calls from Truworths. I have a long good standing relationship with the company and have been paying and managing my account very well. I am in the process of changing jobs and have tried making arrangements with truworths that I will bring my account up to date in March 2024, but they keep telling me that they cant accept my arrangement and that I have to make a payment. I am not receiving a salary in February but I have already contracted with my new employer and will be earning a salary again in March but the company is not willing to accept this arrangement.
