Poor Customer Service For Delivery
Item was purchased on 07 Feb 2021 and despite receiving sms for confirmation of 15 & 16 Feb, the item has not been delivered. Numerous calls to the call centre proved fruitless. I encourage people not to purchase from Truworths online due to extremely poor customer service in terms of delivery item.

17 Feb 2021, 11:10The matter is not resolved. The item has no been delivered. No feedback call was given. The delivery company says they cannot get a hold of the driver. The head office said they would call back after 30 mins but failed to do so. No one seems to be taking responsibility & no compensation for inconvenience offered.
