POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

i Lost my Truworths card.i tried using my id to purchase as i always do and never encountered any problem but today iam being told that my ID is not in good condition and is not unacceptable because of its torn on 1 page, but every detail is visible only the blank side of 1 page is torn

i am really unhappy as i have been using this id in the same store and other stores,without any issues
