Poor customer service. False advertising

Extremely disappointed in how the staff speak to their customers. I requested to speak to a manager as to where the staff member speak loudly over me whilst I am busy talking. Blantantly refuses to call the manager.

The store had signage up since 23.01.2023 that the store will be opening on 24.01.20203 at 12.

I arrived at the store 10 to 12 confirming with one of the staff inside if they would be opening. She said yes.

At 12 the decided to change the signage as they have decided that the store will now only open at 3 pm. I drove here twice from Heidelberg. No compensation.

Extremely rude staff.
