Poor customer service

Their service is so bad to think I was to buy my daughter a phone there I just want to close the acc after the service I got there the manager was rude she did not even acknowledge me as a customer I asked them to call mamelodi branch to find out if the is a certain phone that I was looking for so I can go there Monday to my surprise the consultant there by the name of Nelly said she is going to ask her manage if it's possible for her to call the other branch for me to find out if they had the phone I was suprised really but I said OK the manager came gave her the number she did not greet nor acknowledge me or the consultant took the phone and went at the back for 5min and she came back saying the branch in mamelodi doesn't pickup and said let me dial again this time in front of me and I said no its fine because already I was ****ed of the managers name is fridah from Irene farm (Truworths)
