Poor customer service
On the 8th of April I purchased a mobile phone from the above mentioned store, Maponya Mall branch. Service was not good. Firstly the manager did not apologise for keeping customers waiting. Secondly she did not explain store policy on phone purchases. Thirdly, I'm stuck with an installment which has pushed me out of budget. I'm not a happy customer and customer service could not assist me as well.

03 Jul 2021, 04:30Your communication between store management and those who are responsible for resolving issues is bad. My issue was apparently resolved in May but seems to have been unresolved to date and I have to deal with calls for areas. I'm livid.
