Poor customer service
What a horrible experience we had doing online shopping, firstly our package was sent to Hazyview. Then Hazyview sends my package to Bedford Centre and guess what it's not my package because when I opened it, it wasn't what I ordered. It was my birthday gift from my husband, so now I don't have a birthday gift that I wanted. Very poor experience from the Bedford branch as well as I had to call them for an update of where my package was. Truly regret opening this account at Truworths thinking of paying it up and closing it. Truworths was never a store where they had poor customer service.

She went out of her way to make sure that she keeps aside the bag I ordered. My initial online order was messed up and sent to Hazyview instead of Bedford centre, when the package arrived it has someone else's order in it and not my bag. Brenda called the Hazyview branch to credit our account and kept a bag aside which she had at the Bedford centre and called us to collect it. Thank you Brenda once again it proves to be that mature people have more work experience and work ethic than our younger generation.
